Villa Pestera is situated in the mountain village of Pestera, Moieciu in the county of Brasov in Romania. You have a panorama view on one side to Piatra Craiului Mountains and on the other side to Bucegi Moutains of Carpathian Range. Most hiking trails pass just by the gate of the property. The maximum capacity is 8 people: 4 bedrooms, a spacious living area with a fireplace, open kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a barbecue gazebo. It is the ideal place to spend your holidays or to work remotely from. The villa is rented only in it's entirety so you can enjoy a well deserved peace and quiet in a breathtaking scenery!

FACILITIES
What can be better than to enjoy a barbecue dinner with your friends after a day's hike? Even if it is cold outside, the gazebo can be closed with the sliding windows.
The property has an unobstructed view of Piatra Craiului range. On the terrace you can have breakfast in the morning or enjoy watching the sunset with your loved one.
You have a dedicated room for remote work where nobody can bother or interrupt you. Here you will also find a multi function printer to which you can connect wirelessly to.
Villa Pestera has a parking lot good for at least 5 cars inside the property. You can control the driveway gate with the remote from inside.
PRICES
Inside you will find a master bedroom with private bathroom, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living with a central fireplace, kitchen (equipped with oven, induction hob, dish washer machine), gazebo with barbecue place which can be closed down with sliding windows when the weather is cold or windy and enough parking places for 5 cars. The maximum capacity is for 8 people. The villa can be rented only in it's entirety for a minimum period of two days and access to the property is completely contactless.

SOLD OUTATTRACTIONS
Curmatura Hut: From the property you can head out to Magura village and from there down to Botorog Fountain. From here the hike route towards Curmatura Hut begins - low difficulty and can be done in Winter as well.
Dambovicioarei Gorge: From Pestera village you can hike towards Sirnea village and from here you can go down to Brusturet Hut. From here Dambovicioarei Gorge starts. This is an ideal track for biking as well!
Bran Castle: A 20 minute drive to Dracula's castle. You will also find here restaurants, souvenir shops and during Winter a ski slope ;)
Zarnestiului Gorge: On your way to Curmatura Hut you can choose to pass through Zarnestiului Gorge. Another interesting track to take mountain bike to.
